Hi, I’m Samantha, a therapist based in Ontario, and I work with people from all walks of life – high achievers, deep thinkers, and individuals feeling lost in life’s transitions.

That’s completely okay! Therapy is a personal decision, and it’s important to find the right fit. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation, either by phone call or video, to give you a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if this is the right space for you. There’s no pressure; it’s just an opportunity to explore what support might look like.

After our initial consultation confirms we're a good fit to work together, we’ll schedule our first virtual session. During this session, we’ll begin with a few housekeeping items—reviewing consent and confidentiality forms. From there, we’ll move into what I like to call our “information-gathering sessions” (this may take one or two sessions). In these early conversations, I’ll learn more about your past and present experiences, and together we’ll begin to build a treatment plan that feels right for you.

Our sessions are a space to explore what’s been holding your attention – whether it’s communication struggles, perfectionism, navigating transitions, or something else entirely. Together, we’ll examine these areas with curiosity and compassion, peeling back the layers to uncover patterns and possibilities.
You decide the pace and focus of our time together. My role is to create a grounded and nonjudgmental environment, offering tools and insights to support you in reclaiming clarity and confidence in your relationships and within yourself.

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your personal goals and needs. Many clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, then transition to biweekly or monthly sessions as they gain confidence in applying what we discuss.
During our initial consultation, we’ll explore what feels most supportive for you. In the beginning, I generally recommend weekly sessions to establish a foundation before adjusting the pace as progress is made. Together, we’ll create a rhythm that feels right for your growth.

Yes! I exclusively offer virtual therapy across Ontario, making it convenient for you to access support from wherever you are. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Please note that my clients must be residing in Ontario or within Ontario in order to have a therapy session.
